RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Shop Marled offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
To initiate a return, please email: returns@shopmarled.com.
You will be able to specify what item(s) you are returning, and you will be given an RN # for return and a complimentary FedEx return shipping label via email. Once printed please attach and send back Via FedEx.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
You will have 30 days from the date you received the items to request a return. There is a $10 restocking free on all returned COLLECTION pieces.
EXCHANGES
Shop Marled offers exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. Please email exchanges@shopmarled.com for processing exchanges. There is no return shipping or restocking fee on exchanges.
FINAL SALE
All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Shop Marled does not offer price adjustments at this time.
